Announcement:  Let me know if you are interested in playing in a dodgeball tournament this Thursday at Am. Fork High School.   It is a lot of fun and you can represent CrossFit Cedar Ridge-    We’ve got a few that have committed but we need 7 solid players.  It goes from 3:30-6pm approx


Power Clean

5 Rounds for time
3  Muscle Ups
6  Power Cleans (185/125)
150 M Run
(If you can’t do muscle ups then modify with 10 Pullups or 10 Modified Pullups)
Going heavy on the Power Clean
3  Max effort
Ring Dips  rest between sets
